BUSINESS MOBILES FAQs

If we change to another network will we still be able to keep our business mobile numbers?
Yes. As long as you are out of contract you can change to another network and take your numbers with you. It is completely free, we simply ask you to request your PAC code (Porting Authorisation Code) from your existing network. Once we have the PAC code we do the rest. Please note, the code lasts for 30 days so please try and ensure that you provide it to us in good time.

How do I get my PAC code?
There are a number of ways. If you have set up an on-line account with your current provider then you can obtain it from the internet. You can also call your existing network directly, it usually takes up to 48 hours to receive it. If you prefer you can call your Wildfire account manager who will explain what you need to do.

I have 10 people in my organisation that use mobile phones, how many tariffs do I need?
You only need one tariff to cover any amount of phones.

Do we have to pay for any phones or accessories?
Mostly all the phones and accessories we supply to our customers will be FREE. There are only a small proportion of phones and accessories where we will charge the customer.

Can I use my phone abroad?
Yes, you can send and receive calls, text and picture messages (if your phone is compatible) almost anywhere abroad.

Will I be able to keep my address contacts?
Yes, depending on which existing phone you have, we can copy your contacts from your old phone to the new one.
